Frosty Nights

The cold nights and frosty mornings have come to Yorkshire and I am now sleeping with my fleecy nightshirt on to keep me warm and snug. I don't want to take it off when I get up either as the garden is freezing!

Pip likes to keep her warm winter woolly on too!

These are the ice patterns on the roof of the conservatory.

And the leaves are all frosted and white.

This poor little white flower is frozen!

Pip can't believe how the garden has changed overnight.

I have to keep lifting up my paw to keep it from freezing on the crunchy cold grass.

I think I am going to need my fleecy nightshirt for quite a long time to come!

  1. Those ice patterns are lovely. We only get heavy frosts once or twice a year. For the last two nights, we've had to put the air conditioner on in the's warming up here.

  2. Me and Stanley love it when it gets that cold and even colder! But we have been enjoying some unusually mild days lately. Mom says we're on borrowed time. You do look cute in your jammies!

  3. Hi Moth and Pip. You have the right idea with your nightshirts. I wear mine until I am done with my morning potty too. I am so happy when Mommy puts mine on at night I wiggle my little tail real hard and try to help her get my legs in the sleeves. Kissy licks from baby Xena the Schnauzer Warrior Princess
